    Founded in 1907, University of Saskatchewan is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the the urban setting of the large town of Saskatoon (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), Saskatchewan. Officially accredited/recognized by the Ministry of Advanced Education, Saskatchewan, University of Saskatchewan (U of S) is a large (enrollment range: 15,000-19,999 students) coeducational higher education institution. University of Saskatchewan (U of S) offers courses and programs leading to officialy recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees, master degrees, doctorate degrees in several areas of study. International students are welcome to apply for enrollment. U of S also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, sport facilities and/or activities, study abroad and exchange programs, as well as administrative services.

    No, these two things are different from each other, The study permit will authorize you to pursue your studies while in Canada, On the other hand, a Temporary Resident Visa or TRV will allow you to enter into Canada, To get TRV, you should submit your passport along with study permit application to a Canadian Visa Office board, you can finf some good university in Saskatoon, saskatchewan-University of Saskatchewan, Saskatchewan Polytechnic, St. Thomas More College
