As you are studying in Waterloo, ontario, In case you lose your immigration document that was issued by the Government of Canada, you can get a replacement for the same, For this, you should submit the appropriate application and should submit along with the required fee

No, these two things are different from each other, The study permit will authorize you to pursue your studies while in Canada, On the other hand, a Temporary Resident Visa or TRV will allow you to enter into Canada, To get TRV, you should submit your passport along with study permit application to a Canadian Visa Office board, you can finf some good university in Waterloo, ontario-University of Waterloo, Niagara College of Applied Arts and Technology, Wilfrid Laurier University

Yes, in case an international student holds a valid study permit of Waterloo, ontario and is undergoing a full-time course at a DLI, he/she is permitted to work both on-campus and off-campus without getting a separate work permit for the same, With a valid study permit, you will be permitted to work for up to 20 hours per week
